Shipping and Handling of Equine Vaccines:


Equine vaccines are shipped Monday through Wednesday by FedEx Second Day Air to the lower 48 states. Orders received after 1pm Wednesday will be shipped the following week. Orders ship FedEx Second Day air for a flat rate of $21.95, including cooler and ice packs. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.

How to Order Equine Vaccines:


Equine vaccines can be ordered online or by Phone (800)989-1500 or by Fax to (978)952-6633. Equine vaccines do not require a prescription!

We are currently able to accept orders for equine pharmaceuticals with shipping addresses in AL, CO, CT, FL, GA, IA, IL, KS, KY, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, ND, NH, NJ, NM, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TX, UT, WA, WI, WV and WY.


Flat Rate Ground Shipping: $6.95
  • FedEx Express 3-day: $16.95
  • FedEx Express 2-day: $21.95
  • Overnight: $37.95


How to Order Equine Pharmaceuticals:


You can place your order for pharmaceutical products easily. This can be accomplished by the following means:

Perscription: After your order is placed, we will put the order on hold awaiting a prescription from your veterinarian. When placing orders for refills, please provide the prescription number on the container label. Your credit card will not be billed until a valid prescription has been received and the order shipped.
How to Submit the Prescription
HorsePharm must receive a prescription from your veterinarian before any pharmaceutical orders can be released. Your veterinarian must clearly indicate the following information:
  • Name of animal patient (if applicable)
  • Name, street address and telephone of animal's owner or responsible party
  • Quantity and/or dosage
  • Directions for use
  • Number of refills authorized
  • Veterinarian's address, phone/fax and state license number

This information may be submitted via the following methods. Please note: if the prescription is submitted by phone or fax, it must be done directly by the veterinarian or his/her office.
  • Phone: Your veterinarian may approve the prescription by calling our pharmacists direct at (877) 256-2339
  • Fax: Your veterinarian or his/her office may fax the prescription to (978) 952-6633
  • Mail: You or your veterinarian may mail the ORIGINAL written prescription to:
