We are currently able to accept orders with shipping addresses in AL, CO, CT, FL, GA, IA, IL, KS, KY, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NH, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, UT, WI, WV and WY. Flat Rate Ground Shipping: $6.95 FedEx Express 3-day: $16.95 FedEx Express 2-day: $18.95 Overnight: $37.95

Tax Information

Sales tax will be charged ONLY on those orders being shipped within Kentucky. Kentucky sales tax equals 6%. No sales tax will be charged on orders shipping to remaining states.
